Our 50th anniversary is on Jan 29th, we will be staying at Orange Lake Resorts but will be spending the entire day at Disney World. Being at DW is special in itself, however, I was wondering what you might suggest to make it more memorable.

    Hi Leonard,

Congratulations on your upcoming 50th wedding anniversary! Celebrating this very special milestone at the Walt Disney World Resort will be such a magical experience!

If you are looking for something truly memorable to commemorate your 50th anniversary, I highly recommend Victoria & Albert's. This luxurious dining experience is perfectly complemented by unparalleled service and elegant surroundings amidst gentle harp strains. If that is not exactly the type of thing you had in mind, then I recommend making reservations for California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The latter Fine/Signature Dining restaurant offers some truly incredible views of Magic Kingdom. I suggest timing your reservation anywhere between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. That way, you'll be able to enjoy unparalleled views of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular which will be starting at 10:00 p.m. that night. The lights are dimmed and the music from Wishes is piped right into the restaurant, so you can enjoy the show right from your table. Please note, both of the Disney dining locations I've mentioned here require advanced dining reservations and observe a strict dress code.

Wishing you both an unforgettable 50th wedding anniversary at the Walt Disney World Resort!
