Hello Amanda this is a continuation of my previous question. I also heard that Disney has something new. We can reserve the timea and rides we want when we enter the park. Is this true?

Hello again Guadalupe!  Always so nice to hear from you here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I have had a blast answering all of your fantastic questions and I am so happy you are following up with me!

This new system you've been hearing about is known as My Magic+, a new interactive planning tool that will take the Disney Parks experience to a whole new level by enabling guests to control almost every aspect of their vacation from a unique wrist band that is equipped with RFID technology.  Guests will be able to arrange certain FastPass return times, dining reservations, character meet and greets, and more, all before leaving home and all of this information will be conveniently (and magically) contained in the My Magic+ wristband.

The new system is slowly rolling out in phases at the Walt Disney World Resort, and no official announcement has been made as to when or if My Magic+ will be hitting Disneyland in the near future!  Your best bet will be to keep a close eye here, on the Disney Parks Moms Panel, or on the official Disney Parks Blog, my favorite source for Disney news!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
