We have always visited Disney during "Jersey Week" which is the first week of November. We have always had great weather and low crowds. However, we are debating to continue with that week for 2010 or to wrap the disney visit around Thanksgivin

Hello Wendy!  I've spent many vacations at Disney during "Jersey Week" due to similar school schedules in Connecticut.  And I totally agree, great weather + low crowds = fabulous  vacation!  If you are considering moving your vacation time to Thanksgiving, you'll still have the great weather, but the crowds will be much heavier that week, especially as you move closer to Thanksgiving day.  If I had a choice between the two time periods, I would opt to go with earlier November for the lower crowds.  Diane
