Hello! It has always been a tradition to eat at the Blue Bayou. I am noticing that there are no available tables for my party of 7. Should I book two tables of 3 and 4, and request to be sat close? Is that an option? Thank you!

Hi there, Adam! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Blue Bayou Restaurant
is one of my favorite restaurants at the Disneyland Resort and I love that your family has a tradition of eating there! Blue Bayou is always a very popular restaurant and with the addition of the new Fantasmic! Dining Packages, I'm not surprised that availability is limited. You can certainly try to book two reservations, but keep in mind that there is no guarantee that your request for adjacent tables can be accommodated. I would try giving Disney Dining a call at (714) 781-3463 to see if a Cast Member can find a reservation for your whole party. If you are able to be flexible with the times and dates, the folks on the phones may have better luck. Also, if you are staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, make sure to choose that option when you call. There are a certain amount of dining reservations set aside for Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests.

As a last resort, you could visit the podium on the day you wish to dine and see if there is any walk-up availability. You never know if there are cancellations and you may be able to get a table.

I sincerely hope you are able to enjoy a meal at this iconic restaurant during your upcoming trip! Have a magical day!
