    Shawne from MI Asked

I have always stayed on the resort for multiple days. I have a friend that has a 2-park 1 park per day ticket. How does she get her tickets? Will the card be mailed to her and will the fastpasses be on that card also? thank you

Hi, Shawne! In most cases, a theme park ticket will be mailed within a few weeks to the purchaser. If it does not arrive before her trip, there are quite a few places she can obtain it with her ticket purchase confirmation email and valid photo ID:
    - any Guest Relations at Walt Disney World Resort theme park or Disney Springs
    - any Walt Disney World Resort ticket booth at a theme park or water park
    - any Walt Disney World Resort hotel lobby Concierge
    - If she chose the Will Call option, there are automated Will Call ticket kiosks outside each theme park

In the meantime, she can get her FastPass+ set up with a wave of her wave of her wand and a "bibbidi bobbidi boo!" The first thing your friend needs to do is set up a My Disney Experience account to link her ticket purchase, which is required before the system will allow her to make FastPass+ selections at the appropriate time. By the way you worded your question, I assume she is not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If that is correct, then she can begin making FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance of each day she plans to visit one of the theme parks. During her fun-filled days at the theme parks, she will simply tap her linked theme park ticket to the attraction touchpoints to access her FastPass+ selections.

Shawne, thanks for stopping by with this questions and thanks also for helping your friend! If either of you have any more questions, please stop by and visit us.
