We altered our days to be at Disney and now I have one day with al the fast passes chosen that I will not be there. How do you cancel a fast pass? I can only see how to alter one. Thanks

    Hi Ronald,

Making, changing and canceling FastPass+ reservations is all still a bit confusing.  I have played around on my own My Disney Experience account quite a bit just so I can begin to understand it all and hopefully answer questions correctly.

In your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to select on the "FastPass+ Make Selections" tab or button.  Once you do this, a calendar of sorts will be available in which you will need to select the day that you would like to cancel the reservations from.  When you select that day and press "next", you will be taken to a screen that should have four choices, Select or Replace, Change, Copy, or Cancel.  Select "Cancel" and press "next" again and you should now be able to select the individual FastPass+ reservations you would like to cancel.  After pressing "next" again you will need to confirm your selections and now your FastPass+ reservations should be cancelled. Phew!

Hopefully this helped guide you in canceling your reservations, but if you need further assistance, you may want to reach out to the professionals at technical support.  You can find their number on the Phone Directory page of the Walt Disney World website.

    Have a wonderful vacation!

    Magical Wishes,
