Charlotte, it used to be that you could modify FastPass+ for your party in your
My Disney Experience account. But I just tried to do so in my plans and was unable to find that feature. I went ahead and called Disney’s Internet Help desk where a friendly cast member told me this switch is possible, but it does have to be done by a cast member.
To make this modification to your plans, simply call 407-939-7765 and let a cast member know you are wanting to switch a FastPass+ from one guest you manage to another. They will be able to assist you. If you happen to be enjoying the magic and want to make a similar change, you can stop by any of the
Guest Relations locations at all four parks and
Disney Springs and a cast member there can assist you.
