We already have our fast passes but we have a friend meeting us at the park and will be buying her ticket that day. Is there any way we can join her to our fast passes at the park that day?

    Hi Joye,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

The answer to your question is… maybe. Even though you’ve already made your FastPass+ selections for the day that your friend will be visiting you at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park, your friend may be able to choose similar (or overlapping) FastPass+ return times by visiting a FastPass+ Kiosk at the Park that you’ll be visiting that day. If, however, your plans include super popular attractions like Frozen Ever After at Epcot or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at Magic Kingdom Park, there may not be any FastPass+ return times available that day, so your friend will be out of luck.

The best way to avoid disappointment would be to have you friend purchase her Theme Park Ticket as soon as possible and have her link it to her My Disney Experience account. Then, she’ll be able to start making her FastPass+ selections up to 30 days before her visit, which would give her way more time to find and select attractions/times that will either correspond with or overlap with the ones that you’ve already selected.

I hope my answer helps you (and your friend!) plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
