    Have already booked (Nov) 8 day with ultimate tks and free DDP at S Springs well in advance and got great deal - now due to unforeseen event we will arrive one day late. Help please - how can we amend our booking without losing out.

    Hi Audrey,

    We encountered a similar situation in December 2010 when we arrived at Walt Disney World a day late due to our flight being cancelled as a result of bad weather.

    Although we didn't know that we would be missing the first day of our holiday in advance, I simply called the Resort hotel direct to explain the situation and it did not cause a problem at all.

    When we finally arrived, we checked-in as normal and received our Key To The World cards which included our Park Tickets and Disney Dining Plan meal entitlements just as if we had arrived as intended.

    I would recommend that you call and speak to someone at the Company where you have booked your holiday package to enquire about your available options.
