Going alone with 4 and 1yo. Renting a double stroller. Any tips for getting on/off buses by myself with two kids, all our stuff, and the stroller? This is the only part of the trip that is daunting to me. Thanks!

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Alyssa!  What an awesome mom you are to take your two little ones to the "Happiest Place on Earth!"  I know they must be super excited!  I definitely think using a double stroller for your vacation is a wise decision. As a mom of four children which includes a set of twins, I have firsthand experience in traveling to our resort on the Disney buses with the twins while my husband stayed in the parks with our older two children. You will be required to collapse the double stroller before boarding the bus. I always tried to remove any bags from the stroller and fold it before the bus arrived at the bus stop. If your four-year-old can hold your bag, I would let he/she carry the bag onto the bus ahead of you and you can follow with your one-year-old on one hip while holding the stroller in your other hand. I would recommend getting off the bus before your four-year-old to avoid getting separated from each other. If you will have a car during your trip, I would recommend driving to the parks thus, alleviating any stress. Guests staying at a Walt DIsney World Resort receive complimentary parking at all theme parks. I hope this information helps!  Please don't hesitate to write me back if you have any additional questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a magical trip, Alyssa!
