Almost @ 180day time for dining res! Want to eat at BeOurGuest. Would love to make dinner res, but we are not crazy about dinner menu. Lunch looks better. How long is lunch time wait? Do we pick our seats? Would you suggest dinner vs lunch? Feb 1st-8th

    Hi Michelle!

I just love eating at the new Be Our Guest Restaurant in New Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom! I have eaten 2 dinners and 6 lunches there since it opened! The Be Our Guest Restaurant is a Counter Service or Quick Service restaurant for lunch (no reservations--you just have to wait in line) and a Table Service Restaurant for dinner (need Advanced Dining Reservations). Typically, the Be Our Guest Restaurant opens for lunch at 10:30 am and closes for lunch at 2:30 pm (these times are subject to change and can vary during busier times of year but they are usually the normal times of operation for serving lunch). Typically at lunch, you can choose which of the three rooms that you would like to eat in (the Rose Gallery, the Ballroom, or the West Wing). Dinner at the Be Our Guest Restaurant begins at 4:00 pm each day and ending times will vary according to the Magic Kingdom Park hours for that particular day. Although I like the dinner at the Be Our Guest Restaurant, I love the lunch menu. If you are going to the Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch, a typical wait time is around 30 to 45 minutes to get in and order your food, but once you order, find a table, and get your beverages, the food is usually at your table already. I ate lunch there in the second week of July and got there before 11:00 am and experienced no wait to get in. My best tip would be to take an early lunch so you can have a shorter wait time because the line and wait time builds nearer to the normal lunch time.

I hope that you get a chance to have lunch at the amazing Be Our Guest Restaurant on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
