Hi All, We are staying at VWL in November. I heard we can be provided with bed rails if we call early enough. Is that true? Also is there a small store where we can pick up milk?

    Hi Adrienne,

The Wilderness Lodge Villas are awesome and you're going to love staying at this beautiful resort.  Its one of my favorites.

I have a special needs son so we always request bed rails during our visits to a Disney Resort.  Sounds like you may have already make your reservations.  If you didn't ask for your request to be noted on the reservation, you can call and ask that it be added.  Ten days prior to your trip, call the resort directly to make sure its noted.  When you arrive to check in, check with the Cast Member to make they have it noted.  If not, it shouldn't be a problem.  Typically they don't bring them to your room until after you've checked in but ours have arrived pretty quickly and they will set them up for you.

Milk is another necessity for my boys too.  The Wilderness Lodge Mercantile located in the main building at the Wilderness Lodge carries milk and some other food items so you'll be all set.

Please feel free to visit us anytime during your planning. While it may seem a long time away, November will be here before you know it.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
