Hi All-Quick question. Is the Symphony in the Stars, a galactic spectacular Fireworks show every night in HS? We will be there in mid-March and would like to experience this, but not sure if they have fireworks when the park closes at 8. Thanks!!

    Greetings Lori Anne,

The whole Disney galaxy is abuzz with excitement over Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular. While I haven’t had the chance to view it, I have heard that the Force is indeed strong with this one.

This new Star Wars inspired fireworks and music experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is currently scheduled to run nightly without an announced end date.  Of course, that is subject to change thanks to our old friend, the unpredictable but often glorious Florida weather.

One way to make your evening really out-of-this-world would be to enjoy Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party.  Not only would your army have access to a reserved viewing area, you can enjoy your special view while tasting an array of desserts and sipping a variety of beverages, including alcoholic selections.  There is no need to continue searching systems far, far away for an epic Chewbacca souvenir stein. All guests are given one to bring back to your home planet. This event is scheduled for select nights through March 19, 2016 - so hopefully within your dates for your mid-March trip.  Advance reservations can be made through the link above and are highly recommended.

By the way, while you are visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you must check out Star Wars Launch Bay. This immersive experience brings you up close to some really great relics from our cherished Star Wars Saga as well as exciting bits from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. You might even encounter some of your favorite Star Wars characters.

May the force be with you,

    Sally
