Hi Allison! Thx for all info! Since our flight arrives at 11:25 a.m. on 1/19, what time would you recommend us making a reservation at the T-Rex Cafe or should reserve more around dinner time? We plan to to do MK on 1/20 starting w/bfast at Chef Mickey

    Hey Suzy,

You are so welcome and I am glad to see you back.  Yay! I'm so excited that you got reservations for breakfast at Chef Mickey's and then are planning to head to the Magic Kingdom your first full day.

I would probably make an early dinner reservation at T-Rex Cafe around 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.  That will give you enough time to get to your resort (I'm assuming you're taking Magical Express), get checked in, settled into your room and then get to Downtown Disney.  If you have time before your reservation, you could go ahead check out the Lego Imagination Center or even do Characters in Flight.

Here's a little head's up about T-Rex. Its a lot of fun and I enjoy their food. However, it can be very loud especially during the meteor showers. It was a little more quiet in the "ice room" than in some of the other sections. My boys got a big kick out of the Chocolate Extinction Dessert. It was yummy and big enough for our whole family.

I would try to get in bed early so that you're well rested for your first full day.  You're going to have so much fun!

Keep the questions coming and I'll keep on wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
