I have an allergy to feathers - are the pillows at POFQ feather? Can requests be made for feather-free rooms? Thanks!

    Hi there, Elizabeth!

The pillows at Port Orleans French Quarter are, in fact, filled with down.

You can head off any allergy issues in a couple of ways:

1 - Call (4070 W-DISNEY in advance of your check-in. Give the Cast Member your reservation number and have him or her note your request in your file.

2 - When you arrive, make sure to tell the Cast Member at check-in to have Mousekeeping bring by those pillows as soon as possible.

3 - Take a moment to fill out the Special Needs Request form provided online. This will allow Disney to have a copy on file with your exact specifications noted by you. Don't forget to print out a copy for yourself.

4 - Bring medical documentation with you, if possible. It never hurts to have the force of a doctor's cautionary advice on hand,

    Sleep tight!

    See you later, celebrator,
