I am alittle confused with the dining plan never used it before but thinking abt it this time. Is it really worth it for 2 adults and a 7 year old? we are will going for 6days/5nights so how many would we get? thanks in advance.love the mom panel!!!!

    Hi Jessica!

We love you too! There is a lot to consider with the various dining plans, and it can get confusing. There essentially are 3 plans to consider:

Quick Service Dining, Basic Dining, or Deluxe Dining.

Quick Service entitles guests to: 2 quick service meals (entree, dessert, non-alcoholic drink, NO appetizer), 1 snack, and 1 resort-refillable mug.

Basic Dining entitles guests to: 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal (entree, dessert, non-alcoholic drink, NO appetizer on both), 1 snack, and 1 resort-refillable mug.

Deluxe Dining is the grand daddy of eating: 3 meals (table or quick), entree, dessert, non-alcoholic drink, appetizer at lunch and dinner, 2 snacks, and 1 mug.

Your plan is based on the nights of your stay, so you'll get 5 nights of meals.

Deluxe Dining for our family is just too much eating. Plus, to compensate the added cost, we made a lot of table reservations, which sort of dictated everything we did on vacation.

I recommend the Basic Plan. It gives you a little of everything: Quick service when you're on the run, table when you want to be treated, and snack when you just want something to hold you off. Of the 3, I recommend you go with this..
