I am going on the Alaska cruise in late June with my extended family. We're all looking forward to it. We are all addicted to our electronics - what is the availability of Wifi and/or cellular service onboard? Thanks.

    Ahoy Gary!
Welcome to the Moms Panel, and congratulations on your upcoming Alaskan voyage!  It sounds like you have a big crew ready to embark on a magical cruise on the Disney Wonder.  WiFi is available on the Wonder as well as an Internet Cafe.  Regardless of which you use, usage onboard is not free.  Prices are always subject to change, but currently you can expect to pay 75 cents per minute.  You can also purchase minutes as a package deal if you plan on logging in throughout your vacation.  For seven-night voyages, 100 minutes is $55.00, 250 minutes is $100 and 500 minutes is $150.00.  Only one person per stateroom can be logged in at a time, but all Guests sharing a stateroom can have access to the same package.  Your internet charges will show up on your stateroom account.
Cellular at Sea services are available once you are 12 miles out to sea.  Fees from your current provider will be charged so anyone in your party looking to use their phones should contact their providers for current rates.
Hopefully my answers help with your planning, Gary!  Please let me know if you think of anything else before you're sailing away on your Alaskan adventure!
    Bon Voyage!
