Is there an age limit for the Get Up and Go power walk through California Adventure? Traveling with a 12 year old and we would love this.

    Hi there Olivia,

Thank you for writing us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Get your suitcase and a dream ready as your prepare for your vacation at The Happiest Place on Earth!

As a Guest of any of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, every morning you may start your day with a two-mile power walk through Disney California Adventure Park.

The Get UP & Go Power Walk is a fantastic way to begin your Disney day! It is a brisk walk, beginning at 7:00 AM, guided by a Cast Member that will have the feel of a mini tour or quiet time in the park as you learn a little trivia during your exercise; however no cameras are allowed as the park isn’t open. The age limit is 14 years old to go on the power walk. However, any Guests 18 and under will need to be accompanied by an Adult.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie dusted time on your next visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. If you have any more questions, please visit me here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day!
