Up to what age of the baby (mine is 26 months old) can we use baby swap pass at big kids rides?

There is no age limit for the "baby swap" pass. You could certainly use it for any child who is not tall enough to go on the particular ride that the rest of the family wants to experience. In many cases, this may mean that the child is seven or eight years old. (Or perhaps even older than that. I have one petite daughter who is very anti-thrill-ride. I think we may be using the baby swap with her into the teen years.) Have no fear, you'll be fine "swapping" your two year old.
