Hello again, we are visiting 9/1 thru9/7 to celebrate our granddaughters 7th birthday and want to know are the crowds usually big then to worry about fast pass? What should we use our FP on? Thanks for your help.

    Hello, Mae!

I think it's always a good idea to plan FastPass+ attractions, even if you anticipate the crowd levels to be lower during your visit for two reasons:
    • It can help you structure your day. You will know where you are headed at all times, which can actually help you to have a more relaxed vacation.
    • Most everyone else will be using FastPass+. The stand-by lines could appear short, but FastPass+ guests are typically given priority boarding. If a group of 15-20 people show up in the FastPass+ line while you are waiting in the standby line, your wait time could go up a bit. It's always a good idea to utilize the FastPass+ service for your favorite attractions to save time in line.

Your granddaughter must be getting so excited about her birthday celebration! She's not much older than my daughter, and if they are anything alike, you will probably want to make a FastPass+ selection for Enchanted Tales With Belle and the Anna and Elsa meet 'n' greet at Princess Fairytale Hall. Some of our other can't-miss attractions are:

    • Toy Story Midway Mania! and the stage shows at Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Kilimanjaro Safaris and It's Tough To Be A Bug at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
    • Turtle Talk With Crush and Soarin' at Epcot

If this birthday celebration is not a surprise, maybe you could even get your granddaughter's help with planning her favorite attractions at each theme park. I hope you and your family have a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Mae! If you have any other questions before your visit, please feel free to stop back by the Moms Panel. We'd love to hEAR from you!
