Hello again! plane lands at 9am & taking magical express to resort & using online check in. what is the earliest the resort will have our room ready? Have tix to MVMCP that night & would like to get a nap in before the event (5y/o DD).

Hi Shonda! Welcome back. I see that you are asking some really great questions and this one is no exception!

I know how important it is to get that nap in! Even when we are vacationing, I make nap time a priority, because happy kids equate to a happy vacation.

Technically check in begins at 3:00 P.M. for most resort hotels. However I have had a lot of luck having my room ready usually much earlier than 3:00 P.M. I like that you are using the online check in process. This gives the front desk a good estimate of when you will arrive. If you arrive to the resort and your room is not ready, I would suggest going to the front desk and just telling them that you were hoping to get into a room by naptime so that your daughter can get the most out of her Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party experience. I have always had very helpful cast members that seem to do whatever they can to accommodate our needs.

As always having your room ready early is never a guarantee, but with a little bit of magic and some pixie dust, hopefully your room will be ready early to give your Princess a little rest before a night of fun!

I hope you have a wonderful time!
