Hi again! When are the off-peak, not too crowded times at WDW? We went back on Thanksgiving week in 2014 and the MK parks was too, too crowded (11/24/14). It was my daughter's first time and she was extremely overwhelmed how much people was there..

    Hi Sylvia!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

As a general rule, you can assume that the lowest crowds will be when schools are in session, and the highest levels are during school breaks.

You were probably there with the Thanksgiving crowd.  Holidays are VERY popular times to travel to Walt Disney World.

As a homeschool family, we have always enjoyed traveling in low-crowd seasons.  Our favorite months to travel there are early November, early December, January and February.  (although, any holidays during those months will be crowded...ex.  New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, etc.)

There are multiple websites devoted to predicting crowds at Walt Disney World.  My favorite is touringplans.com.  It does cost a small fee to subscribe to see the full calendar, but I think it's worth it.  I use it to plan all of our trips.

I hope this helps you plan your daughter's next trip!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
