Hello again MP :-)! I just booked my trip for 8/2013, and I added the water park and fun option. I'm not interested in the water parks, more so Disney Quest. Is it cheaper to just buy Quest tickets? Taking my 4yr old. Is Quest even good for her age group?

    Hi, Cartier!

So glad to hear you booked your vacation!  You are going to have so much fun in Walt Disney World.

When I took my son to DisneyQuest when he was about 5, he was disappointed that he was not tall enough to do many of the activities.  It was dark and a bit overwhelming for him at that age, so for us it did not really work out.

With your Water Park Fun and More option, you can also visit the miniature golf courses (before 4pm) which might be a lot of fun for your little one.

Ok, so here is what I would do.  If you have the park hopper option as well, it is only about $22 to add on the water park fun and more option.  For this low price, you might want to hold onto your option and give DisneyQuest a try.  A single day ticket to DisneyQuest is between $41-$46 (prices can change) so if you even think you will visit a water park, miniature golf or DisneyQuest, leave your ticket.

Now if you do NOT have the park hopper option, then if I were planning, I would probably just stick with a base ticket and enjoy the parks and my resort and save the "extras" for when you daughter is a bit older.  You have a while to decide what you want to do, but if you decide to remove the Water Park Fun and More option, give a call to (407)W-DISNEY to have it removed to lower your ticket cost.

I hope I have not made this too confusing!  Let me know if you need any more help deciding.
