    Hi! Me again, I booked a package ( flights,hotel,tickets) to WDW through travel company - not Disney. Managed to link hotel reservation to MDE but can't do tickets as not got them to enter numbers. Does that mean can't do Fastpass+ in advance? Thanks


    I recently linked paper tickets to my My Disney Experience account but ran into trouble, initially. I resolved the issue by speaking directly with a Disney Cast Member at 407-939-4357 or 0800 16 90 749 (UK). It sounds like you might need to speak with a Cast Member for resolution, too. Once Disney linked the ticket for me I was able to view the ticket on my My Disney Experience account.

    Hopefully you won't have any issue testing the new FastPass+ technology once your tickets are linked. Let me know if you have any further problems, Heather, and I wish you happy planning!
