I will have 2 adults staying in a room for 5 nights, but 3 of the nights two annual pass holders will be staying with us. When I request rooms on the internet, should I choose 2 or 4 adults for the request? Can the AP holders park their car at the resort?

    Hi Jeff,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question!

We’ve often had friends who live near Walt Disney World Resort stay with us in our hotel room for a few nights out of our vacation. When that happens, we always make sure to add them to the room reservation, in order to ensure that our Resort has an accurate count of the number of Guests staying in each room.

More importantly, by including these other two Guests in your reservation, you’ll ensure that they have access to your Resort’s amenities, such as its swimming pool (access is reserved to that Resort’s Guests) and so that they can obtain a parking permit that will allow them to leave their car parked overnight at the Resort. Even if they're Annual Passholders, they cannot park overnight at your Resort unless they’re registered Resort Guests.

I hope that this helps you make your upcoming reservation. Should you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come and visit us!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
