We are 4 adults, 2 kids (6,4). Can you tell me the best FP+ selections/times for each park? Would it be best to go at park opening without FP+ and then Hop to another park and have our selections waiting there for that afternoon?

    Hi Kolby,

I love your question, a Disney itinerary planner after my own heart. As you know, three FastPass+ selections can be made per day at one theme park. After you have used these FastPass+ selections or the arrival window has passed, a rolling FastPass+ selections begins. This means you then pick ONE additional FastPass+ for the same day at ANY of the Walt Disney World theme parks and can continue to do this as you use each FastPass+ selection or the arrival window has passed.

My plan would play out something like this, if I had a Park Hopper; 60 days prior make three FastPass+ selections for Park #2. I would prefer to start my selections around 2:00 p.m. and space them about 45 minutes to 60 minutes apart. On the day, arrive to Park #1 when it opens and attempt to ride or see your top 3 attractions. Reassess and decide if you should eat lunch at Park #1 or travel to Park #2 and dine there. Once at Park #2 and bellies are full begin using your three FastPass+ selections. Once you have, then decide if your family would like to make another FastPass+ selection or just take it easy for the rest of the day.

This plan may not work for everyone but I hope it helps or guides you in making an itinerary that works best for your Disney family. If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and have a magical and memorable stay at Walt Disney World.
