We're 15 (adults and kids ages 3-9) with 5 rooms. How would Memory Maker work for us? I'd like photos of everyone. I'd like to do 1 or 2 really special things. Any suggestions: Dessert Party? Specialty Cruise? anything else? Budget is a concern.

    Linda:

In order to download the pictures of everyone on your trip with Memory Maker, you'll need to add each guest to your Friends and Family media list. Simply click the "Add a Guest" link on the left-hand side of the page and follow the prompts. Let me also suggest that you print out the step-by-step instructions, especially if you don't have each family's resort reservation and must hand-add everyone via email.

I'm a big fan of the fireworks specialty cruises. For around the price of the dessert party, you can view the Magic Kingdom fireworks (or Epcot's Illuminations) from the privacy of your own boat! Although the desserts are less spectacular than what's served in the parks at the party (think bagged cookies, chips and canned drinks), you get your own captain, a tour around the water and if you choose the MK fireworks location, the Electrical Water Pageant, also. A party your size will need to split up to fit into two pontoon boats, but it's truly one of the most memorable things our family has done at Disney. Best of all, it doesn't require a ticket to the parks, so if your budget is a concern, spend the day at your resort swimming and cap it off with this event!

    Wishing y'all a magical--and memorable--vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
