Hi Nicole,
Thank you for visiting us today at the
Disney Parks Moms Panel. Is your vacation coming up soon? Mine is several months away but I am already packing my bags!
When you are traveling to Walt Disney World Resort with a large family or group of friends, you have
options available to stay together. Multi-room suites in
Deluxe Villas can accommodate up to 12 members, but Family Suites are also available at Value Resorts, such as
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, which can accommodate up to six adults. These options will result in a single reservation and, when booking a
Vacation Package, all members will receive the same
Theme Park Tickets and options. Also, if you add a
Dining Plan, all members of your party will receive the same plan. You can make changes, including adding and removing Guests from your reservation at any time prior to 30 days before arrival for Vacation Packages.
In order to book multiple rooms, you would have to book separate reservations and can even request for adjoining or connecting rooms. Please note that every effort to accommodate your requests will be made but cannot be guaranteed. In this case, each reservation will have its own options, like Tickets or Dining Plan options. You could even make one reservation a room-only. Finally, you want to
link the reservations and Tickets to your
My Disney Experience account, and
add every friend or family member so you can make
FastPass+ and
dining reservations for everyone. Note that separate Theme Park Tickets purchases are non-refundable.
One last tip: a great way to bring home all your memories captured by the
Disney PhotoPass Service photographers and those crazy attraction pictures and videos, is with
Memory Maker. You can save some Disney Dollars by purchasing it in advance, and the best part is you only need one for all members of your extended family or friends. Happy planning!
Ricardo.
