    Maria from QC Asked

Hello, I have all my ADRs planned out for our two week vacation in august. I woud need to add a special request for each one and I cannot figure out where to do this online or on the app. Is it possible? thank you so much for all you do here!

    Bonjour Maria,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for your compliment and for asking us another excellent question!

I’ve clicked and clicked through My Disney Experience and it seems as though, once your dining reservation has been made, it seems as though you can’t add any “special requests” to your reservation. Don’t despair! If you contact Walt Disney World Resort, give them your reservation numbers and they should be able to add a special request to each one.

If that doesn’t work, either, then you can make any special requests that you might have (regarding celebrations or even food allergies) when you check in at each dining location. I’ve done that several times and I’ve found that all dining locations are able to accommodate most reasonable requests. In fact, I’ve found that the main requests that can’t be honoured at the last minute are cake orders and special requests for things like kosher meals.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming two-week (YAY!) visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
