? about ADR's. Does everyone in the party have to be present for them to seat you? Ex. reservations for 8, however still waiting for 2 to arrive. Will they seat us six at our table or would we have to wait until all 8 are there to be seated? Thx!

There is no blanket policy for this issue. The restaurant management will do their best to maximize the comfort and convenience of the greatest number of guests. Whether to seat a party is up to the discretion of the host/hostess of the restaurant based on the conditions at the time of the reservation. If you have a reservation at a slow time of day during the slow time of the year and there are open tables and no line, you will almost certainly be seated and allowed to wait for the other members of your party at the table. If you're dining on July 4th with the parks and restaurants packed, you will likely have to wait for your entire party to arrive before they will seat you. For situations beyond these extremes, you'll be working on a case-by-case basis.
