Have ADR everyday from 12/5-12/11, most days 2 ADRs and 1 day 3 ADRs. Doing BBB, MVMCP, and Candlelight Processional. Is this too much for 2 yr boy, 4 yr girl, and 9 yr girl? Will they be able to enjoy the parks with all of these other things to do?

    Hi Gina,

There are so many fun activities and experiences at Walt Disney World, especially during the holidays, that it's easy to want to try and do it all!  I get it, really I do -- BUT, I think you are a little bit over scheduled on this trip.

My first suggestion would be to cut out one of your ADRs.  Two sit down meals per day is okay, in fact our family enjoys this time.  Many of the restaurants are like attractions in themselves, and character dining is a highlight of our trips.  However, table service dining does take up a good chunk of time, so three meals during the day may be too much for your little ones to enjoy.  In my experience each meal will take up about 1 1/2 hours from the time you walk into the restaurant until you've paid the check.

Candlelight Processional is beautiful.  It absolutely captures the essence of Christmas.  However, your 2 year old (and maybe even your 4 year old) may not be able to sit for the entire experience.  I've always been tentative to take my small children to this event, mostly because I didn't want to disrupt the experience for other guests if my 2 year old suddenly forgot her quiet voice.  You can still walk by the show when it is going on and hear the beautiful music coming from the choir.

I think if you took those two things out of your schedule, you will still get to enjoy some special experiences and great dining as well as have time to explore the parks.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
