If we have admission to the park do we also have to purchase a separate ticket for the Not so Scary Halloween Party?

    Hi Amanda,

Thank you for visiting us with your question about Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party, one of my special ticketed events!

If you have a regular day ticket to the Magic Kingdom Park that day, you will be able to stay in the Park until 7 p.m. when the party officially begins. Cast Members will be walking around escorting guests without the distinctive wristband to the exit and you won't be able to participate in the trick or treating, the parade, the shows, etc. If you would like to participate in the party, you will have to have a buy a special event ticket for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which goes from 7 p.m. till midnight.

What I normally do is purchase a ticket for the event and save my admission ticket for the park for some other full day. If you do that, you can spend the morning and start of the afternoon at your Resort Hotel and take advantage of the activities offered at your resort. You can schedule a table-service meal (brunch or lunch) and enjoy the facilities in general.

I just came back from Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween's Party! I had so much fun getting on the modified attractions such as Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mad Tea Party, and all the other attractions. You will have so much fun watching everybody wearing their super creative Halloween costumes, you will enjoy the trick or treating, special fireworks, parade, and photo opportunities and of course the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.

Amanda, I hope to see you again with more questions; we are delighted to help you plan your trip!

    See ya real soon,
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
