I added person to friends list but it doesn’t recognize their ticket! How do I get her ticket? It says ticket is linked to account

    Hi there, David!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I’m thrilled to hEAR you’re planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I truly feel the planning aspect of the trip is part of the fun. Getting all my FastPass+ selections and reducing queue time, meanwhile adding stops for my favorite Mickey shaped treats are on top of my priority list!

Three chEARs for getting ahead of the game and linking your friend to your Family & Friends List on your My Disney Experience account! As soon as you make plans together, like a dining reservation or a FastPass+ selection, the Theme Park Ticket will show in the planning party. You can also add a note to your plans to say you are coming together and that will create the ticket to appear, as well. Notes can be added by the Daily Itinerary on your Plans and Tickets page of the website! If this doesn’t work, I suggest you call and speak to a Cast Member over at the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 and they’ll be happy to help you.

I hope you’re considering getting the Memory Maker, David. I love being able to have the entire party in our pictures, especially the pictures when we’re all on an attraction together! Our expressions turn out so authentic and are usually hilarious! You get unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos and they make wonderful souvenirs of your enchanting vacation!

David, I hope you have the most magical time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
