    I have added four family tickets to the my Disney experience app, but it’s not letting me access Fast Pass. It’s either asking me purchase a ticket. When I scan the barcode it tells me the ticket is already linked. Can anyone advise how to access my FP pls

    It is great to hear that you are wanting to use FastPass+ for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! It is a huge time-saver and you will be able to experience even more of the magic on your trip thanks to this complimentary service!

    When a valid Walt Disney World ticket is linked to your account and you are within the FastPass+ booking time frame (30 days for non-Disney Resort hotel stays and 60 days for Disney Resort hotel stays), you should be able to select up to three FastPass+ per person, per day of your visit. It sounds like you meet those requirements, so there may be some sort of technical issue. You will want to call Disney and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 or 0800 16 90 749 (UK). The Cast Member should be able to look up your specific tickets on your My Disney Experience account and troubleshoot with you, so you can get your FastPass+ selected right away!
