I want to add my wife to my Boardwalk res on 2/22 - cannot find anywhere on Disney app to do it... it is a DVC res

    Greetings, fellow Floridian, Peter!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you are taking advantage of both your proximity to the Mouse and your Disney Vacation Club Membership. We love making planned (and spontaneous) trips to the ‘World using our Membership, and it looks like you are doing the same soon!

So, changing your reservation depends on who is the lead Guest on the original booking. If your wife is replacing the previous lead Guest on the reservation, you will need to either call Member Services or start a live chat online. The Cast Member will need her home address, phone, and email address for her to become the lead Guest.

If you are simply adding her to the reservation, you can do that online through Disney Vacation Club, on the phone with Member Services, via live chat, or you can send an email through To make the changes online, log into your account, and then head to “My DVC” and then “My Dashboard.” From there, you will find the reservation and be able to update the Guestlist information.

A few quick notes - if you have the Disney Dining Plan, your wife will also need the service. All Guests in the room must purchase the Disney Dining Plan. Next, try to make your additions/changes before your 60 day FastPass+ window! You want to make sure your wife can enjoy the fun with you! Lastly, you cannot exceed the maximum Guest count in the room when you add a Guest to your booking.

Peter,  if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. We are all EARs.
