How do I add a PIN to my Magic Bands?

Hi Alice! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Today is the BIG day that you leave for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Hooray! You are about to have SO much fun as you soak up all the "magic" and experience everything that this vacation destination has to offer. I'm so happy for you!

Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel are able to add a PIN number to their account. This PIN number is then needed for things like making purchases with a MagicBand (that is charged to your hotel account) or using Disney Dining Plan meal and snack entitlements. I suggest making it a number that is easy for everyone in your party to remember, especially if you plan on splitting up at all.

To choose your PIN number, you can do so through the Online Check-In in your My Disney Experience account or at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel. When adding a PIN number online, go to "My Plans," then look under your Disney Resort hotel that should be listed there. Click the link for "Resort Hotel Check-In" and "Hotel Account PIN" will be listed. Since your arrival is today, you may need to wait and choose your PIN number at the Front Desk when you arrive.

Enjoy your vacation, Alice! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
