Can i add people to my room after i already booked it. I want to book a room but my inlaws aren't sure if they want to go or not, so i'm just putting myself and the husband. If they end up going can i add them to the reservation?

Hi Isabel! What a beautiful name you have! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It is so great to hear from you again!

I think that it is absolutely wonderful that your in-laws may join you on your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We travel with our in-laws on each trip and it is such a great time to have them with us! I see that you will be coming to Awaken Summer and in my opinion you are in for a huge treat! There are so many fun and exciting activities and new entertainment options that it will be difficult deciding what to experience first!

It has been my experience that adding additional guests on to your reservation is subject to availability. You also have to keep in mind that if you will be traveling with additional people in your party the room must be large enough to accommodate those people. It is also important to note that if you are taking advantage of a Special Offer such as free dining this also would be subject to availability as there are limited amounts of these offers. What I suggest doing is contacting the Walt Disney World Resort Reservation line and they will be happy to further answer your questions. Lastly, keep in mind that if you plan on making dining reservations, those will also have to be adjusted to reflect additional members of your party. I have found often that adding people to my resort reservation is easier than adjusting dining reservations!

I hope that you and your family have an Unforgettable time!
