Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tracey!
How fantastic to be one of the lucky ones with days left on a no-expiration ticket! A ten-day no expiration ticket was our favorite form of ticket media to purchase, I was sad when they were discontinued. My husband has one day left on tickets we purchased almost eight years ago - I'll be sad when he needs to use it.
To link the tickets to your
My Disney Experience Account, enabling you to make FastPass+ selections and use your MagicBands for park entry, you'll first need to put your hands on the original cards. Then, under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, located in the upper righthand corner of the website, you'll see "My Reservations and Tickets," select that link. Next, you'll login to your account and scroll down to "Tickets and Passes," select the Link Tickets button. You'll then be prompted to enter in the ticket number located on the back on your cards. Once you've entered in the ticket ID number, you can link that ticket to each member of your party (everyone will need a profile on your account to have a ticket linked to me). Once you complete this process, your tickets will now be housed in your account - so much less stressful than keeping up with the cards!
Should your attempt to link not work, you may need to call the Existing Ticket hotline for assistance at (407) 939- 7523.
I hope this is helpful, Tracey! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly if you should have any additional questions. I am here to help!
