    How can I add my Husband and kids to the fast pass + page ? Only mine is showing up . I have them set up as my family and tickets are linked to them . thank you

    Hi Michelle!

    I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty setting up your family's FastPass+ selections in your My Disney Experience account.  The system is still being tested and although they have been working quickly to fix any problems Guests encounter, occasionally something still doesn't work as planned.

    If you have completed these FastPass+ steps and it is still not showing the rest of your family, I recommend calling Website and Technical Support for My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357.  The helpful Cast Members there will be able to look at your account and see why your family members aren't linking correctly. 

    Again, I am very sorry you are encountering such an inconvenience and I hope they are able to remedy the situation quickly to get you in the fast lane to making your FastPass+ selections.  If there is anything else we may assist you with, please let me know!
