    Janine from NY Asked

What are the actual dining choices in the Maya food court? Are they the same as ones located in other Disney resorts?

    Hi Janine,

I stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort just this past December with my family, and I must say I loved the look of this restaurant.  I say "look", because I love this Latino theme of old world meets with the new. This is a very "unique" dining experience in my opinion and unfortunately, I could not eat here, as my daughter suffers badly with asthma, and they do use an oak and mesquite grill to cook their beef.  Although I love this smell, my daughter suffers tremendously with her breathing.  I have talked to many who feel they offer a varied menu with many options including beef, poultry, seafood and desserts.  It is classified as an American cuisine and serves Breakfast and Dinner (no lunch!).  I do want to clarify that this is a restaurant and not a food court and if you are looking specifically for a food court you can visit the Pepper Market, (located right next to the Maya Grill).  I hope this is of help to you.

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
