    Thomas from MI Asked

If I have an active fast past for an attraction, will I be able to get a rider switch for a different attraction?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Thomas!

Rider Switch is going to be such a useful tool for you and your family if you're traveling with a Mouseketeer who doesn't quite reach the height requirements for some of the more thrilling attractions. You'll be able to split your party into two riding groups so that someone is always looking after the little one, and when the first group is finished riding, the second group can enter the attraction through the FastPass+ entrance so your party doesn't have to wait in the standby line twice! It's a great way to save time and make sure that everyone gets the chance to ride their favorite attractions.

Rider Switch has recently gone fully digital and has been integrated with your MagicBand and the My Disney Experience app to make it even easier to keep track of your plans. Rider Switch will not interfere with your FastPass+ selections, so you can have a Rider Switch entitlement even if you FastPass+ selections booked. Just talk to the Cast Members at the attraction podium and they will be able to scan your MagicBands and assign you a return time.

I hope this answers your question, Thomas, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
