    I have an account and my husband another, he registered for the Disney Cruise. When we tried to connect the account my name seems to be different in each account. In his app I have one character and in mine another one. Can I join them in one account ?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! I am sorry that you are having issues with the Disney Cruise Line Navigation App and the website. As this is a technical issue, it can only be corrected by contacting Disney Cruise Lines directly (or if you used a travel agent,  you may want to contact them to assist you). If you decide to call directly, please note that the phone number for Disney Cruise Line is a US number (1-800-951-3532).  

    Since you are sending us this question from Ecuador, I wanted to also let you know that the Disney Parks Moms Panel is now answering questions in Spanish!
