Hi, I have a mydisneyexperience account, our holiday package included Memory Maker although its not linked in the app, any advice on this? Thanks.

Hi Andrew and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How fantastic is it that Memory Maker is now included with every 2016/2017 adult Disney's Ultimate Ticket?

So long as your park tickets are linked in your My Disney Experience account, you are good to go.

You don’t need to do anything to activate Memory Maker — it will be assigned automatically, so it’s ready for when your holiday begins.

Once you have arrived at the Walt Disney World Resort and start capturing photos, you should be able to view your photos by clicking the View Photos link found on your My Disney Experience home page.

You will find that in most cases, the photos are available to view almost immediately although during a previous visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios, some of my photos did not appear until a couple of hours later, so don't worry if you can't see them straight away.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
