    Catherine from Durham Asked

I’ve accidentally assigned 2 tickets to one guest in my party. How do I reassign this ticket to another guest? Catherine

Hi there, Catherine! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'd be happy to help!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is an easy fix! First, log into your My Disney Experience account. Under 'My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets,' you should see a blue link that says 'Tickets & Memory Maker.' Here, you'll see who each ticket is assigned to, and to the right, you may see an option to 'Reassign Ticket.' If so, just use the drop-down arrow to select the correct Guest. If this option is not showing, or if it says 'Nontransferable,' then your best bet is to call the Internet Help Desk at 0800 16 90 749 (UK), and the Cast Members will help you to sort it out.

I hope this helps, Catherine! If you need any more help with the planning process, such as making FastPass+ selections or picking the best Walt Disney World Resort hotel to suit your family, remember we're all ears!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
