Is it acceptable to ask that the bunk beds be kept down all the time to allow for naps during the afternoons - we will enjoy our entire day better with naps in the middle of the day - just like returning to your resort for an afternoon break

    Welcome Aboard, GalenandKaren!

I totally get where you're coming from when it comes to afternoon naps for the kids (or the adults!). With all there is to see and do on a Disney Cruise, a quick bit of shuteye in the afternoon can make for a much smoother evening - with happy moods and bright eyes!

While leaving the bunk open during the day will limit your seating space in your stateroom, you're more than welcome to ask your stateroom host/hostess to leave the bunk open for naptime. If you find that the "bunk down" arrangement doesn't work for you, just leave them a note or speak to them if you want to change your plans.

The stateroom hosts are usually around on your first afternoon onboard for you to discuss any requests you have. They are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and they'll take great care of you throughout your cruise!!

I hope this helps with your planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
