About Me

I am a high school librarian and adjunct professor who grew up and lives in the great state of Texas. It seems that I am always planning our next Walt Disney World adventure, and when others ask if we are going "again," I simply explain that no two Walt Disney World vacations are the same, so for me it feels like a new experience each time.

About My Family

Fourteen years ago, I married my Prince Naveen, Anthony, and we have two wonderful children — one tween princess and one kindergarten prince. Each visit to Walt Disney World Resort has been made even more magical because of our children. We are raising a pair of "Disney fans" and it is so fun for us to engulf them in the magic as often as possible. To make each vacation special, I try to plan something different to make it special and memorable for each member of my family. That "something different" can come in the form of a surprise from Disney Floral & Gifts to tackling the famous Kitchen Sink dessert at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney's Beach Club Resort.

About My Disney Experience

I admit I fell in love with the Mouse about 18 years before I got the chance to visit Walt Disney World for the first time. I remember sitting in front of the television at the age of 11 to watch the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade. At the time, it seemed it was an unattainable feat. But as luck would have it, I married a man who loves all-things-Disney and I was able to travel to Walt Disney World for the first time at the age of 29. That first time was so magical that I fell in love with Disney and fell in love with planning. Ever since, a Disney vacation is a common staple in our home, whether it is a quick weekend or an entire week. We have visited Disneyland Resort and cruised on Disney Cruise Line. We are Disney Vacation Club members and of course, we have taken countless trips to Walt Disney World Resort.
