About Me

I seek the magic that life hides in the world and try to incorporate these “bits of magic” into smiles of those around me every day. At home playing with my sons, on the field as a coach or as a member of the elementary school council board, I help bring that small twinkle of magic, the smile, to everyone. It is one of the reasons I became an orthodontist. At my office I create magical moments by playing Disney movies all day long. In my spare time, I like to read and watch all things Disney, help friends plan their magical Disney vacations, exercise, travel, swim and volunteer at my synagogue. Being a Disney Dad provides me an opportunity to share what I love with you.  Get ready to smile!

About My Family

I married the woman of my dreams, whom I met at a junior high school football game. Twelve years later we were married and now live in a suburb of Atlanta. Our two mountaineer sons, ages 13 and 9, love the big four mountains: Space, Splash, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and the “Hauntin’ Mountain,” the name my younger son gave to the Haunted Mansion when he first visited at age 3. They love to plan trips with me. We seek out our classic favorites and then search for a new angle to capture more magic.  For us the magic is being immersed in the culture, fantasy and adventure.  As a Disney Dad I cherish the magical moments my children experience.  My wife loves the pools, scenery and the Senses Spa.  My sons collect Disney plush and Vinylmation figures, play sports, act in the school play (this year is My Son, Pinocchio) and enjoy video games. Every day, a trip to Walt Disney World Resort is discussed in our home; it is our magically special vacation destination. We can not wait to get back and see Mickey.

About My Disney Experience

I have made Disney Parks my home many times on both coasts: Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando and Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA. When my oldest son turned 5 in 2008, we made a trip with my in-laws to Walt Disney World Resort. When I saw his face light up during the ferry ride across the Seven Seas Lagoon to Magic Kingdom Park, I was hooked. I love the parks; the beauty and complexity of their architecture, cuisine and entertainment encourage me to return time and again. As a Disney Dad, Walt Disney World is about the memories made on the attractions, the scent of fresh baked goods on Main Street, U.S.A., reliving childhood movie memories and even a haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop. I love seeing my boys interact with their favorite Disney characters including the princesses who always make them laugh.  My family and I keep returning to Walt Disney World Resort because of the consistent concierge level service.  We are excited about our next trip where new favorite experiences and magically memories await.
