About Me
I adore being a wife to my husband and stay-at-home mom to my superhero son with special needs. Whether it be drinking hot chocolate from my favorite Disney Cruise Line mug, driving around town in my minivan with personalized Disney license plates or reading a book snuggled under a fleece blanket from our most recent Disney Cruise, I love incorporating a bit (okay, a LOT) of Disney magic into each day! Besides planning for and daydreaming about future Disney Cruise Line cruises, I enjoy reading, working out, watching movies and going out to dinner with friends and family. I can't wait to answer your questions and help you plan your Disney Cruise Line vacation of a lifetime!
About My Family
My love and appreciation for my family is the heart and soul of who I am as a person. Having a Disney's Fairy Tale Wedding with my "first mate" in life and setting sail on our transatlantic honeymoon cruise aboard the Disney Magic was the perfect way to begin our lives together! We are proud parents to our little Mouseketeer who has intractable epilepsy and cerebral palsy. Through countless doctor visits, daily therapy sessions and medication changes, our son never forgets to "just keep swimming" no matter how challenging his days are. When he was an infant, we couldn't wait to take him on his first land and sea Disney vacation. He now loves rolling through the parks in his wheelchair or being on the deck of a Disney Cruise ship taking in all the sights and sounds!
About My Disney Experience
I've been visiting the Walt Disney World Resort since I was a little girl and my love for planning family vacations came from my dad. I have fond memories of walking through the parks wearing a fanny pack stuffed with our pre-printed schedule of rides and restaurants for every day of the trip, along with my pink highlighter! After each ride, I'd highlight it "completed" and we'd race to the next one. Since then, I've had many incredible memories and trips to the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort. I'm also a two-time Disney College Program alumna and have completed nine runDisney races. However, nothing compares to the happiness I feel when setting sail on a Disney Cruise Line (DCL) cruise with my family. We've sailed on 14 DCL cruises (and counting) on all four ships! Although I've since traded in my pre-printed schedule of activities and fanny pack for a smart phone and child's bag, I still bring a pink highlighter along to use on the Personal Navigators during each Disney Cruise!
