Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- My family will be staying at Aulani in August and would like to have a photography session on property. Does Disney offer this service? If so, what is the pricing and how can I book it?

- Aloha Beth,
I had the privilege of spending a dream week at Aulani with my family this past January and we are still talking about it on a regular basis. Everything about this magical vacation was perfect and you can bet that I'm already planning our return to the stunning paradise that is Aulani.
During our stay, we booked a private photography session because we wanted to preserve the moment in pictures. I can not even begin to articulate how impressed we were with the results. We were easily able to book a 20-minute private session once we arrived by calling or visiting the PhotoPass counter located inside of Kalepa's store near the lobby, although you can certainly contact the resort ahead of time to make a reservation. The session fee is $150 and this price includes all of the session photos on CD. Here's a huge bonus: for an additional $50, you can purchase a CD containing all of the PhotoPass pictures you've had taken over the course of your entire vacation!
We decided sunset would be the ideal time to schedule our shoot and we met our photographer on the beach just as the coral sun was slipping into the horizon. Our session went way over the 20-minute mark and we never felt rushed or hurried. We had visited the Laniwei Spa and Salon prior to our appointment where I had my hair and makeup done, and my daughter received an island-inspired makeover, "The Minnie Me" which included a hair up-do with fresh flowers, makeup, and a hawaiian dress. The front desk was also kind enough to provide fresh flower leis for us just before the shoot! Our pictures are AMAZING and we will treasure them forever!
Please be sure to write back if I can answer any additional Aulani questions! -Amanda F.
