- Thanks for asking such a great question Heather!
That's right the Magic Kingdom Park is indeed a great place to bring your little four year old and lodging close by the magic when they are so little is wise because if sleepy or grumpiness strike it's easy to hop back to your Resort for a nap!
One of my suggested options for Resorts would be The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort which is only a short ferry boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom Park. The cabins sleep a party of up to six and boast a complete kitchen with both a full size fridge and microwave, not to mention the priceless convenience of being able to park your vehicle right outside your cabin door.
Another suggestion would be the beautiful Resort of Disney's Wilderness Lodge, which is an ever shorter ferry boat ride from the Magic Kingdom Park. Although a microwave oven is not provided in your room here, there is a good sized mini fridge for you to use.
Have a safe trip down from Vermont and as Mickey says 'We'll see ya real soon!'
